Following the recent Ngāi Te Rangi Iwi Trustee Elections and the Board meetings held on 17 December 2025, the following governance roles have been confirmed:

Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Te Rangi Iwi Trust (TRONIT):

• Chair – Maru Samuels (Te Ngare)

• Deputy Chair – Ange Webster (Ngāi Tukairangi - Hungahungatoroa)

Ngāi Te Rangi Settlement Trust (NST):

• Chair – Charlie Tawhiao (Ngāi Tuwhiwhia)

• Deputy Chair – Maru Samuels (Te Ngare)
