Notice of Ngāi Te Rangi Trustee Election
 The board of the Ngāi Te Rangi Settlement Trust (NST) and Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Te Rangi Iwi Trust (TRONIT) are calling for nominations for 5 Trustee positions on the board.
 
NST is the post settlement governance entity established in 2013 to receive and manage the Tribe’s Treaty Settlement assets. TRONIT was established in 2007 to receive and manage the Tribe’s Fisheries Settlement assets and is also responsible for the delivery of charitable  
services. 
 
Call for nominations
In accordance with the Ngai Te Rangi Settlement Trust, Trust Deed, Trustees can hold office for no more than three years, so,  the following 5 hapu communities are due for rotation, they are:

Please note: the 5 retiring hapū representatives are available and also eligible to apply for re-election. 
Nominees must be adult (over 18) registered members of Ngāi Te Rangi as of Friday 20 November 2020. They must also have chosen the Hapū Community they seek election for as their First Preference on their registration on the Ngāi Te RangI Tribal Register. Nominations must be made on the official Nomination Form available at www.ngaiterangi.com, by phone 07 575  3765 or by emailing [email protected]

Please go to the Tribal Register at www.ngaiterangi.com to check that your contact details are up to date, particularly your email address. Alternatively, contact the NST office on 07 5753 765 or email [email protected]. There are many members with outdated information, so if you could encourage others to check their registrations as well
