• Administrative tasks

Key responsibilities and attributes (other duties may be assigned):

• Facilitating/coordinating weekly panels with police and clients
• Inputting information in to Ara Whānui (Police Database)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• IT Savvy
• Sourcing external supports for clients
• Understanding the legal system is helpful but not a requirement

 
Extra responsibilities:

• Writing up participant plans
• Chairing Hui
• Catering
• Invoicing Panelists
