Community Service Administrator After Hours - APPLICATIONS CLOSED

Full Time or Part Time

Key tasks include:

• Scheduling patient visits, and all administration associated with this
• Setup, monitor and maintain efficient use of the virtual capability and connectivity
• Upkeep an effective use of PMS and IT systems; collating and extracting accurate data for reporting
• Facilitate the set-up of the mobile clinic, and oversee the management of stock inventory

Key Responsibilities and Attributes (other duties may be assigned):  

• A passion for improving health inequities for Māori, vulnerable and hard to reach communities.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and disclosure
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills 
• Fine attention to detail
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi
• Ability to problem solve and show initiative
• Enthusiasm and high degree of flexibility
• Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling meetings using ZOOM & Microsoft Teams

Experience in the Healthcare industry is not a vital, however this would be highly beneficial as you will be working with Nurses, Doctors, and IT Technicians.
