This role will be to implement employment and training options to clients, focussing on long-term employment options and short-term training and work force development.

Key tasks include:

• Working with whānau to secure employment
• Build relationships with employers
• Understand the employment market

• Confident dealing with clients and employers
• Strong relationship building skills
• Persistent
• Time Management
• Be able to create and sustain a working network of employers
• Microsoft Office suite
• IT Savvy
