Peer Support Worker – Applications Closed

Full Time 

We are looking for a lived experienced peer support worker who can work with whānau in recovery from AOD and mental health. 
 
Key tasks include: 

• Work with whānau in recovery from AOD and mental health 
• Advocating for AOD and mental health support 
• Working with other organisations to create wrap around support 

 
Key responsibilities and attributes (other duties may be assigned): 

• Build and maintain strong relationships 
• Supporting people to identify and access AOD and/or mental health and community resources to maximise their wellbeing.  
• Minimum 12 months clean 
• Working with a harm reduction strategy
